Impurity analysis in tantalum pentoxide.

Elements such as highly volatile arsenic (As) and selenium (Se) can also be quantified without loss!

We would like to introduce our "Impurity Analysis of Tantalum Pentoxide." By completely dissolving the insoluble substance tantalum pentoxide using microwave technology and measuring it with the ICP method, we can identify impurity elements. Due to the use of a sealed container for microwave digestion, elements with high volatility, such as As and Se, can also be measured. 【Features】 ■ Tantalum pentoxide is used as substrate material for SAW filters and in optical glass. ■ By understanding the impurity levels in tantalum pentoxide, it is possible to confirm stable quality. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Analysis of impurities in talc

Our company will support quality control! Quantitative analysis of each element derived from impurities.

We would like to introduce the impurity analysis of talc that we conduct. By using appropriate acids for acid decomposition and alkaline fusion to dissolve talc, we can measure the impurity elements in talc using an ICP emission spectrometer. Simultaneously measuring other elements allows us to reduce analysis costs, and knowing the impurity elements and their concentrations enables us to supply customers with stable quality. 【Recommended for】 ■ Talc manufacturers ■ Cosmetics companies ■ Food companies ■ Construction companies *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Analysis of impurities in organic solvents

The aldol reaction progresses under the influence of temperature, humidity, and light! Example of impurity analysis in ethanol and acetone.

This is an example of analyzing impurities confirmed from a solvent when high-purity products are stored in inappropriate environments, using liquid injection GC-MS. Ethanol stored in a light-protective reagent bottle in a cool, dark place was transferred to a used plastic wash bottle and left at room temperature for about a month. As a result, impurities such as triethyl borate and alkylbenzenes were detected. Additionally, acetone stored in a light-protective reagent bottle in a cool, dark place was transferred to a transparent glass bottle without light protection and left at room temperature for about a month, resulting in the detection of diacetone alcohol as an impurity. [Impurity Analysis in Ethanol] ■ Ethanol stored in a light-protective reagent bottle in a cool, dark place was transferred to a used plastic wash bottle and left at room temperature for about a month (the opening of the wash bottle was not sealed). ■ Result: Impurities such as triethyl borate and alkylbenzenes were detected. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Analysis of impurities in silica powder

Providing reliable impurity element information with results obtained from completely soluble pre-treatment and accurate measurements!

We would like to introduce our "Impurity Analysis in Silica Powder." By completely dissolving silica powder through acid decomposition, it is possible to detect trace amounts of impurity elements down to approximately 1 wtppm. With results obtained from a completely dissolvable pretreatment and accurate measurements, we provide our customers with reliable information on impurity elements. 【Benefits】 ■ Understanding the amount of impurities in silica powder is valuable information when producing glass using silica powder, as well as when selling or importing/exporting silica powder. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
